Within these terms and conditions "we" refers to cazual, and "your" and "you" refers to any visitor to this website or Cazual customers.

Availability Of Goods

All goods are subject to availability, and may be changed at any time. We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure this web site does not have any problems, and that the goods displayed are available. However, from time to time we may be temporarily out of stock of certain products, or be unable to obtain further replenishment.

If we are unable to meet your order requirements we will 1. Notify you within 24 hours of your order being placed. Contact will be made via email or telephone. 2. Offer you an alternative product or products. 3. Offer you a full refund.

Prices and currencies accepted

All prices stated for each product on the website are given in £ Sterling (GBP)

Please Note All currencies will be converted to £ Sterling (GBP) and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.

All payments will include postage and packing costs. For further details please refer to our Delivery Information.

Immediate Payment of products must be made via PayPal. If you wish to make payment via cheque or postal order you must clarify this at the check out.

All prices of all products are started on the website

Cazual Ltd reserve the right to revise the price of products without notice. This will not alter nor affect any transactions which have been completed at a stated price.

Payment Details And Security

All payments to Cazual Ltd are handled securely by PayPal ( Internet service payment providers) Paypal accept payments from many of the major credit and debit cards, a list is available on the PayPal website.

All goods are dispatched once payment has been cleared.

Upon processing and completion of your transaction, PayPal will issue you with notification of your transaction details. We, Cazual Ltd, will issue a paper receipt to you. This will accompany the product/s when they are dispatched to you.

Please note, Cazual Ltd does not hold your credit or debit card details. All credit and debit card transactions are processed securely by PayPal.

Lost or Damaged Goods

In the event of any products received damaged, or not received at all, please contact us immediately. For receipt of goods, please allow 7 working days, from date of order (U.K. destinations) and 12 working days for overseas destinations.

Cazual Ltd is unable to provide any warranties, in relation to goods supplied, over and above its statutory obligations to provide goods of satisfactory quality, in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979, as amended by the supply of goods and services act 1994.
