At Cazual Customer service and total satisfaction is our key objective.

We understand how difficult it can be to order products on line.

You can be confident knowing that if you select and order products from us, we have an extremely flexible returns policy and procedure.

Policy and procedures.

We will accept any item back within 30 days of the original date of purchase.

If any item arrives damaged, faulty or the incorrect item has been sent, Cazual will refund the full purchase price, including any postage and packing costs you incurred.

All items returned must be, clean and unworn and in it's original packaging, and with all labels remaining attached.

Before you send back any item to us please notify us by email info@cazual.co.uk or by telephone on 01638 667912, Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. We will give you full assistance in getting items back to us. You will need to specify your name and address, along with the original purchase receipt number.

When you send an item back we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage from the carrier. Any items lost or damaged in transit will be the responsibility of the sender. Please check the service you are using provides insurance for any lost or damaged items.


Cancellations and Alterations

If you wish to change your order, please notify us as soon as possible.

Please specify your name and address, along with the purchase number.

If you contact us before your order has been processed, we will be happy to alter or cancel it.

If your consignment has been sent, you will need to return it to us as soon as you have received it.
